Hi, my name is Svetlana Grimstad, and I have practice in massage and muscle therapy at ...
I have a background as a nurse from Russia and further education in MTT therapy. I continue to develop my practice through various courses and educations.

MTT therapy includes treatment methods such as classical, deep massage and muscling/active and passive stretching for the whole body and training in self-training for lasting results. I also offer relaxing massage for relaxation, stress reduction and as a preventive measure. A treatment lasts for 1 hour.

Massage/muscle therapy is pain-relieving and reduces tension in the body, at the same time as it increases the joy of life, gives more energy and a sense of wholeness in the person himself to find balance in body and soul.
